Service Designer & User Researcher

Hi, I'm Charlotte, a service designer & researcher based in Brooklyn, NY.

I have over six years of experience across B2B software and design consulting, with deep roots in qualitative research and stakeholder-centered storytelling. I’m especially drawn to problems where digital touchpoints alone aren’t enough, and where success depends on aligning incentives, behaviors, and relationships across ecosystems.

Over the past year, I completed my Master’s in Service Design, expanding my practice beyond interfaces to include environments, processes, policies, and social norms. I currently work as a service design consultant at Scoresby International, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations to clarify complex offerings, improve service journeys, and design for trust at scale.

Whether I'm uncovering the pain points of enterprise payment specialists, helping someone find their next signature scent, or reframing how citizens engage with public services, I lead with empathy and bring curiosity, care, and tenacity to the work.

I stay inspired through listening to UK Garage, keeping up my Letterboxd, and hunting down the best cocktail bar anywhere I go.
